Hey there, I'm Ashwin Gopalsamy.

I'm a passionate Software Engineer with over three years of experience specializing in back-end development, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems. I build fintech products that process millions of transactions daily, driving substantial revenue for businesses. With a focus on scalable software design, I emphasize creating systems that not only function effectively but also support the growth and evolution of the business.

From day one, I’ve been driven by a love for technology and programming. Guided by the support of my parents and mentors, I've thrived in the tech industry, gaining a strong foundation in Golang, AWS, and cloud engineering. I’m always pushing the boundaries of my knowledge, whether it’s through exploring new technologies, contributing to open-source projects, or learning from other engineers.

I specialize in building internet-scale software systems with a focus on microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions. My main programming language is Golang, but I also work with JavaScript, Python, and modern frameworks like React, Node.js, and Express. I have a deep understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, which I use to design and deploy highly available and resilient systems.
